At the San Francisco restaurant Mozzeria, almost every staffer is deaf. Owners Russ and Melody Stein also deaf too, writes Joyce Rosenberg for the Associated Press. The Steins have run the restaurant since 2011. But they have still faced many obstacles.
This year the Small Business Administration started a videophone service to allow deaf owners to communicate via sign language, making it easier to get SBA services.
