If you're having trouble seeing the road at night, according to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, you're not alone. In a study released today, the IIHS found that headlights on one-third of all mid-size cars in the Unites States do a poor job, and only one model -- using optional upgrades -- earned a rating of “good,” ABC News reports.
That car was the Toyota Prius V, equipped with optional LED lights. The base model earned a rating of "poor."
And the worst? The BMW 3 series.
Clearly, buying an expensive car does not guarantee decent headlights.
