NASA's spacefaring humanoid robot, Robonaut 2, has been on the International Space Station since 2011. Now the poor thing is losing its vision because its aging sensors are giving out, engadget.com reports.
NASA has launched a contest asking coders to create algorithms that will enable the robot to "see" better.
The humanoid serves as a helper and repair-robot on the ISS. It manages the station's inventory and does minor repair jobs.
